Child Care Support

The INTERMAG 2026 Conference will offer a limited number of child care support to parents with childcare responsibilities who wish to attend the Conference. Participants who are bringing small children to the conference, or who incur extra expenses in leaving their children at home (i.e., extra day care or babysitting services), are invited to apply for child care support.

What Expenses are Allowable?

• Daycare expenses at the meeting;
• Extra daycare expenses incurred at home because the primary caregiver was attending the meeting (e.g., overtime at a daycare center, cost of a sitter); and/or
• Expenses incurred in bringing a babysitter (or family member acting as caregiver) to the meeting to care for the child.

Who is Eligible?

Individuals that have an accepted digest who are planning to attend the conference in Manchester. Digest acceptances will be cross checked after the program is set, so if you have submitted a digest already, please apply now!

How Do I Apply?

• Submit the online application form using the link below by January 30, 2026.
• Recipients will be notified upon approval of their application by February 20, 2026.
